Adam Saphier

Adam Saphier has responsibility for the operations of CBRE’s Advisory business outside the U.S. and Canada and the global Valuations business. He also assists in the operational and financial management of the business segment globally.

Prior to his promotion to this role, Mr. Saphier served as the Chief Investment Officer for Trammell Crow Company, leading the firm’s investment strategy. He also oversaw TCC’s capital markets group and the firm’s MidAtlantic and Northeast markets.

Mr. Saphier served on TCC's Executive Committee and the U.S. and European Investment Committees, working with other TCC leaders to set the strategic direction and business goals for the firm and reviewing TCC’s investment in development projects.

Mr. Saphier joined TCC in 2005 in Houston as a Senior Associate. He was named a Principal in 2009, a Managing Director in 2010, and was promoted to President, Central U.S. in 2012. He subsequently held several senior leadership positions before joining CBRE’s Advisory business in January 2026.
