Mr. Adam Stahl, MAI joins CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services as a First Vice President in the Phoenix office, part of the Pacific Southwest Division. He specializes in the valuation and advisory of complex income-producing properties throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, with particular expertise in office, industrial, and life sciences assets.
Mr. Stahl provides valuation and consulting services for a diverse client base that includes commercial lenders, private equity firms, pension funds, REITs, government agencies, attorneys, institutional investors, insurance companies, and public retirement systems. He is highly experienced in the valuation of Class A and B office buildings, large-scale industrial facilities, medical office properties, industrial parks, development sites, ground-leased properties and leasehold interests.
With more than two decades of experience spanning commercial real estate valuation, appraisal review, lending, portfolio risk management, and financial analysis, Mr. Stahl offers clients a well-rounded perspective on real estate decision-making. His background enables him to understand valuation challenges from both owner and lender perspectives, helping clients navigate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, portfolio management, litigation support, and strategic planning assignments.
Before joining CBRE, Mr. Stahl completed complex valuation assignments involving many of the Phoenix market's premier office and industrial properties. Earlier in his career, he held appraisal, commercial banking, and risk management roles, providing him with extensive experience in underwriting, collateral analysis, valuation review, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Stahl delivers market-driven valuation analyses that help clients assess risk, support investment decisions, and maximize asset value. Drawing on extensive Phoenix market expertise and advanced financial modeling capabilities, he provides credible valuations for complex real estate assets.
