Adam Williamowsky is a Vice President within our Mid-Atlantic Retail group, based in the Bethesda office. Adam focuses primarily on retail lease transactions across the United States, while continuing to consult with numerous hospitality brands and developers on their retail strategy.
Prior to joining CBRE, Adam was a retail, hospitality, and restaurant leader for over eight years at Streetsense, a CBRE joint venture. Adam brought his passion and expertise for retail to many multi-market clients, including developers, retailers, and consumers. His clients included CIM, Brookfield, Kimco, Federal Realty, Douglas Development, and other leading national hospitality brand leaders such as Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Hilton, Marriott, Kimpton and more.
Adam has been integrally involved in numerous large, mixed-use retail driven projects across the country. His expertise involves leading an immersive research process, setting strategy and vision, merchandising, and ultimately bringing the vision to life within an active environment, resulting in value creation for the owner and an engaged consumer. Prior to Streetsense, Adam co-founded Financial Foods, where he worked in concept development, branding, operational consulting, project management, and revenue forecasting for clients nationally. Adam is a graduate of the University of Richmond where he was a four-year member of the football team. Adam is a 4th generation Washingtonian and currently resides with his wife, 4 kids and Italian Waterdog in Bethesda, MD.
