Addy Edwards

Addy Edwards works in the Retail group and provides leasing and sales services for retail and restaurant tenants. Mrs. Edwards assists large Fortune 500 companies, as well as local entrepreneurs in their real estate needs in metro Atlanta and beyond. In addition to leasing and sales, she helps retail and restaurant companies with disposition, lease termination and renewal transactions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Addy was a retail commercial real estate professional at Colliers International, where she represented both tenants and landlords for several years. Prior to joining Colliers, Mrs. Edwards worked for Georgia Crown Distributing selling a large portfolio of beer, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages to in-town restaurants, bars and hotels.

Mrs. Edwards is an Atlanta native and has a deep understanding of all metro Atlanta markets. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis and trying new restaurants.
