Adelaide Ehrlich joined CBRE in 2023 as a Senior Associate in the Austin Office where she focuses on Landlord Representation. Adelaide has represented both local and institutional ownerships which currently include: Intercontinental, Partners, Shopcore, and HPI. Adelaide works on ground floor retail under multi family in Downtown Austin, grocery anchored centers, ground up developments, pre leasing, and everything between. Prior to joining CBRE, Adelaide worked at SRS for 5 years.
Prior to her real estate career, Adelaide worked with the Royal Family and then with the Miss America Organization in Washington D.C. on the licensing and sponsorship team. While there, she managed all major sponsors as well as licensing partners, and played a role in integrating those sponsorships into the live broadcast that aired on ABC.
