Adrian Gutierrez joined CBRE Assessment & Consulting Services as a Senior Environmental Site Assessor based in the Los Angeles area, part of the firm's Pacific Southwest Division. Mr. Gutierrez provides environmental due diligence and assessment services for a diverse client base, delivering practical, client-focused solutions that support informed real estate acquisition, lending, and investment decisions.

Mr. Gutierrez brings nearly a decade of environmental consulting experience, specializing in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for commercial, industrial, telecommunications, and residential properties throughout California and Mexico. His expertise includes conducting environmental assessments in accordance with EPA All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) and ASTM standards, performing site inspections, regulatory file reviews, historical research, and evaluating environmental conditions and potential risks affecting real estate assets.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gutierrez has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality reports, responsive client service, and effective project management. He also has experience reviewing subsurface investigation reports to assess potential environmental impacts and human health considerations.
