Agnes is a Senior Business Operations Analyst for Project Management. She is responsible for financial analysis, client billing, accounts receivable, forecasting and budgeting for the Regional Project Management line of business. She provides customer support to internal and external clients and reports to management on tracking budgets revenue and expenses as well as variance explanations.
Agnes Fischer joined CBRE in 2013 as a Senior Real Estate Accountant. Prior to that, she worked for EBL & S Property Management and oversaw the budgeting, tenant billing, and variance analyses for over 40 shopping centers across the country. Other duties included assisting with financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable.
Agnes also worked in residential real estate at Berger Rental Communities where she was responsible for the accounts receivable, tenant collections and lease administration for the company. Agnes was also employed at Robinson-May Company in their advertising accounting department.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA and has a PA Salesperson License.
