Agnes Yit

Ms. Agnes Yit joins CBRE's Assessment & Consulting Services team in Denver as a Senior Property Condition Assessor. She brings more than 19 years of experience across architecture, building evaluation, project management, and consulting, with a career spanning the United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore. Throughout her career, she has worked with owners, developers, operators, and public sector clients, delivering technical assessments, building analyses, and complex project solutions across a wide range of property types.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Yit served as an Architect in architectural and consulting roles with several nationally and internationally recognized firms, including Stantec Architecture Inc., HNTB Corporation, J.A. Watts Inc., Denver International Airport-AOB, Studio Completiva, Intergroup Architects, AKM Engineering Consultants, Orchard Turn Developments Pte Ltd/CapitaLand Ltd-Singapore, Space Agency Design-London, Far East Organization-Singapore, and RSP Architects, Engineers & Planners Pte Ltd-Singapore. Her experience includes evaluating commercial and residential properties, conducting forensic investigations, assessing building conditions, and preparing detailed technical reports to support client decision-making and risk management. She has also been responsible for identifying causes of building and envelope failures, assessing damaged structures, and developing repair recommendations through objective analysis and field investigations.

Ms. Yit has extensive Architecture and Interior Design & Consultancy experience, managing projects through all phases, including site assessments, planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, quality assurance, permitting, and construction administration. She has supported a diverse portfolio of transportation, aviation, commercial, retail, residential, mixed-use, transit, and public infrastructure projects, including work at Denver International Airport, George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport, and major transportation facilities in the United Kingdom. Known for her client-focused approach and strong technical expertise, Ms. Yit combines analytical problem-solving with a deep understanding of building systems, construction practices, and property evaluation. Her broad background in building assessment, forensic investigation, and project delivery enables her to provide clients with actionable insights that support informed real estate, capital planning, and asset management decisions.
