Associated Office
For over 20 years, Aiman Noursoultanova, CCIM, Senior Vice President of the Reno Investment Properties Group, has represented Northern Nevada owners and investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial investment properties. Aiman has successfully completed $2.5 billion in transactions, ranging from apartment communities and office complexes to industrial parks and retail shopping centers, and has consistently been a top producer in the CBRE Reno office. Some of the significant sales represented include the sale of the largest student housing property in the market; the largest office building in the market; the former Reno Gazette Journal HQ, now being transformed into the Reno Public Safety Center (PD HQ); and the former Park Lane Mall, which has redeveloped into the Reno Experience District, a notable, regional mixed use development. With a strong understanding of capital markets and financial underwriting, and through strategic negotiation and complex transaction management, Aiman has made herself an invaluable resource and trusted partner for her clients in the greater Northern Nevada region.
Aiman is a founding board member and past president of CREW of Northern Nevada. She is also an active member, past board member, and past president of CCIM of Northern Nevada. She has presented at multiple local events and conducted guest lectures at the University of Nevada, Reno.
