AJ Cordero is a vice president with CBRE Retail Services with nine years of experience in commercial real estate. He provides the highest level of brokerage services and strategic guidance to investors and retailers in the Commercial Real Estate arena.
Prior to joining CBRE, AJ was with SRS Real Estate Partners on the National Net Lease Group’s team, where he and Nicholas Paulic established the company’s Honolulu office, focusing on retail leasing and investment sales throughout the state of Hawaii. Throughout his career, Mr. Cordero has specialized in shopping center leasing, retail mixed-use ground up developments, and disposition of single and multi-tenant retail properties. His business partnership with Mr. Paulic started when they co-founded Sequoia Realty Group.
AJ graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in marketing.
