Al Kennedy specializes in office leasing advisory services, representing both landlords and tenants across the Portland metropolitan market. From the strategic repositioning of Class A towers to historic redevelopments and suburban office parks, Al brings fourteen years of deep local expertise to every assignment.
Al works alongside an experienced team of office advisory specialists, leveraging CBRE’s best-in-class platform to advocate for the most advantageous outcome for their clients — whether advising institutional landlords on asset repositioning or guiding tenants through complex relocation decisions.
Al takes a long-term partnership approach to his practice, prioritizing client relationships and outcomes over individual transactions. A Portland native, he began his career in office brokerage in 2012 and has remained deeply committed to the city he calls home. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Cancer Association.
