Since 2009, Alan Campbell has been responsible for the delivery of Program Management, Project Management and Transaction Management services in support of AT&T Towers’ “Rooftop Program,” which involves the site selection, design services, transaction management, and construction management of wireless sites on AT&T properties for various Mobile Network Operators (MNO’s) such as Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T Mobility and others.
In addition, Mr. Campbell also manages CBRE’s Wireless Site Development Team which provides wireless site Transaction and Project Management expertise on a consultative basis across service lines and to other client accounts within CBRE.
Prior to supporting AT&T Towers, Mr. Campbell managed AT&T Corporate Real Estate’s wireless portfolio from 2003 through 2009.
Mr. Campbell joined CBRE in 2003, having previously held management positions with SBC Communications and with the U.S. General Services Administration as a Portfolio Manager responsible for overseeing site selection, design and construction of U.S. Port of Entry facilities on the Mexican and Canadian borders, and various Federal Building projects throughout the western United States.
