Alan Figot Kuthy

Alan is a Consulting Manager specializing in Sustainability Solutions, dedicated to helping large real estate owners and occupiers tackle their environmental challenges, achieve sustainability goals, and enhance operational efficiency.

With a strong foundation in sustainability, urban planning, and architectural design, Alan employs a systems thinking approach to address complex issues. His multidisciplinary expertise fosters collaboration across functions, enabling holistic real estate decisions that lead to better buildings and cities.

His focus areas include real estate portfolio decarbonization, net-zero roadmaps, green leasing, sustainable site selection, and climate risk. He works diligently to integrate sustainability into clients’ real estate strategies and business operations.

Prior to joining CBRE, Alan advised on real estate opportunities, developed multi-housing projects, and applied people-centric innovation design methodologies to enhance products and spaces. His research and design experience drive the development of strategies that promote triple-bottom-line sustainability.
