Alan Kirby serves as Vice President and Lead of CBRE’s Nashville Healthcare Services Group alongside his partner, Noble Judy. Exclusively focused on healthcare advisory and transaction services, the team develop real estate strategies to align with their client’s business objectives.
Alan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise cultivated over two decades of experience in the industry. During the last twelve years, he held pivotal positions with two of the nation’s largest publicly traded Outpatient Medical Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) managing a vast portfolio of over 40 million square feet of outpatient medical space across 17 states. Through this experience he has worked closely with the nation’s leading hospital systems and healthcare providers.
