Alex serves as President, Global Enterprise Sales & Client Solutions. In this capacity, he is accountable for defining and executing the world-wide go-to-market sales strategy for CBRE's Enterprise business, driving exceptional client outcomes that result in high impact growth for this $14B, 35,000 employee business.  

Alex has more than 25 years of experience in the property industry, and has spent nearly 20 years at CBRE. He is based in San Francisco, California.

Prior to his current role, Alex led Sales and Solutions for CBRE’s Project Management business, defining and executing the growth strategy for this business segment. CBRE's global, full-service Project Management business comprises more than 9,000 professionals managing 50,000+ projects and $120+ billion in capital spend annually.

Previously, Alex led Host, CBRE’s digitally enabled, proprietary service offering for corporate occupiers and institutional property investors designed to meet the rapidly growing demand for enhanced employee experience in the workplace. Host's scalable product suite includes concierge-quality services provided by talented "hosts" whose focus is on creating a helpful and comfortable atmosphere, and delivering exceptional experiences across all employee-facing services (reception, IT support, meetings and events); world-class customer service training and certification; and a powerful, enterprise-grade technology platform, including an agile, easy-to-use app that creates an employee-centric workplace experience.

Prior to Host, he served in leadership roles on CBRE's Sales and Client Solutions team, where he's been the architect of many of the firm’s most transformative client partnerships. He focused primarily on complex, large-scale, multi-region outsourcing initiatives, and engages with corporate executives to implement transformative business initiatives.

Alex has also worked abroad in London as the head of Sales and Client Solutions for EMEA, as well as EMEA Regional Strategist.

Before moving to London, Alex worked with CBRE in the U.S. as a business and portfolio strategist. He has partnered with clients to design and implement client relationship management models and portfolio strategy frameworks.

Prior to joining CBRE, Alex spent more than six years at Hines Interests.
