As a Transaction Analyst in CBRE's Transaction Analyst Accelerator Program (TAAP), Alex is part of a 12-week, cohort-based training program that takes early-career analysts from the fundamentals of CBRE's platform and tools through deal support, financial modeling, and lease and legal review, culminating in a capstone transaction. The program is designed to graduate fully production-ready analysts who deploy directly onto a client account with real command of the full transaction lifecycle. Alex relocated to Atlanta from Boston to join the program.
Alex graduated from Bentley University in May 2026 with a degree in Finance and a minor in History. Prior to CBRE, he gained experience in a real estate internship and prospect development in the finance industry. Alex was also a Division I running back, playing for Colorado State, the University of Maine, and Bentley University - an experience that shaped the discipline and competitiveness he brings to his work today.
