Alex Chojnowski specializes in both Tenant and Landlord representation throughout the Northeast. To date, Alex's client portfolio includes some of the nation's largest and fastest growing restaurant groups, such as Bloomin' Brands, Buffalo Wild Wings, Darden Restaurants, First Watch Daytime Cafe, McDonald's, Mission BBQ, Raising Cane's, and others. As a Landlord's/ Seller's agent, Alex has successfully represented property owners and developers in both the leasing and disposition of assets ranging from power centers to community and neighborhood centers to freestanding buildings. Alex is a graduate of Rowan University where he earned a B.S. in Business Management. He is also an active member of ICSC.
