Alex Demeroutis rejoined CBRE in 2026 as a Senior Associate, bringing a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the Tucson market. A native Tucsonan, she launched her commercial real estate career as an Industrial Specialist in 2019.

Demeroutis specializes in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, and research and development properties across the greater Tucson region. She excels in crafting effective leasing and sales strategies for building owners and provides comprehensive tenant representation services. Her proven ability to understand and meet diverse client needs has solidified her reputation as a vital contributor within CBRE's industrial team.

Before her career in commercial real estate, Demeroutis dedicated eight years as Vice President/Events Director at the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce, where she refined her skills in marketing and corporate event planning. She is a proud alumna of the University of Arizona Eller College of Management, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Outside the office, Demeroutis enjoys lifting, dancing, performing comedy at Tucson Improv Movement, and exploring Tucson's vibrant coffee and culinary scene.
