Alex Denton

Alex Denton serves as a Senior Financial Analyst with the Central Texas Multifamily Team in the Austin CBRE office. Her primary focuses are property underwriting and valuation, marketing efforts, and due diligence coordination for the disposition of multifamily assets primarily in the Austin and San Antonio, Texas markets. Since joining CBRE in 2021, Ms. Denton has participated in 64 transactions totaling approximately $4.5 billion.

Ms. Denton was born and raised in Austin, and she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting and Master’s in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Denton began her career at EY and worked as a Tax Associate in Private Client Services and State/Local Taxes. She is a licensed Texas Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Salesperson involved in the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
