Alex Eastwood is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics Services team in Orlando, Florida. He advises clients across all industrial real estate sectors and investment strategies throughout Central Florida.
Alex specializes in industrial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, landlord and tenant representation, and site selection. He works closely with clients to align real estate strategies with operational and investment objectives, delivering long-term value and measurable results. Drawing on a deep understanding of industrial market dynamics and evolving supply chain trends, Alex helps companies evaluate distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, and flex facilities. His data-driven approach enables clients to make informed decisions related to growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion. Alex also brings extensive experience in industrial development projects and construction.
Prior to joining CBRE, Alex served as Director of Brokerage Services at Lincoln Property Company, where he helped expand the firm's industrial and logistics platform across Florida. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate with Avison Young, representing both owners and occupiers throughout the Central Florida market.
Alex earned a bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida, where he served as Treasurer of the Real Estate Club. He remains actively involved in the industry and currently serves as a Board Member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) Central Florida Chapter. He previously served as Developing Leaders Chair from 2023 through 2025.
Since 2020, Alex has completed more than $800 million in transaction volume across industrial leasing, investment sales, acquisitions, and dispositions throughout Florida.
