Alex Lee-Bull has over 13 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on hotel investment and development transactions. Alex is based in the CBRE Hotels San Francisco office and previously worked with CBRE in London.
Alex has transacted a broad range of hotel types and specializes in working with capital across the world and provides a personal bridge for international investors, operators and management clients looking to sell or buy hospitality related assets or portfolios in California through the San Francisco office of CBRE Hotels.
Prior to CBRE, Alex worked on the Cushman & Wakefield (DTZ) hotels transaction team where he joined as an apprentice in 2006 and completed his degree in real estate at Kingston University.
