Alex is an Associate in the CBRE Baton Rouge office specializing in industrial tenant and landlord representation, energy-sector site selection and land disposition across South Louisiana. He advises end users and owners on real estate strategy and executes tailored solutions through market entry, renewals, relocations, property valuations and the acquisition or disposition of property.

Prior to joining CBRE, Alex spent five years at NAI Latter & Blum, working alongside some of the firm’s most accomplished industrial and office brokers—with a particular focus on Mississippi River–front projects. During that time, Alex became a preferred local partner for several national brokerage firms without a Louisiana presence, providing boots-on-the-ground expertise for corporate clients. He has represented companies such as Dow Chemical, Valhi Inc., and GHX Industrial, along with a range of local firms, in both advisory and transactional capacities.

A Houston native and graduate of Louisiana State University, Alex is also an avid outdoorsman. He lives in Baton Rouge with his wife, Emily, and their yellow Lab, Gin.
