Alex Nunn, MAI

Mr. Nunn joined the CBRE San Diego office in 2025 as the Director of Valuation & Advisory Services where he oversees the regional valuation practice. Prior to this appointment, he was involved in valuation and consulting assignments at Cushman & Wakefield from 2014 through 2024, and most recently held the title of Senior Director. Mr. Nunn has specialized in valuation and advisory assignments across all commercial property types, with an emphasis on complex life science, office, retail, and specialty properties throughout Southern California. His earlier career includes valuation experience at Seevers Jordan Ziegenmeyer, a prominent commercial real estate appraisal firm active throughout Northern California.

Mr. Nunn possesses extensive expertise in appraising and consulting on a wide range of commercial properties, including office towers, medical office buildings, life science campuses, shopping centers, urban retail, business parks, industrial projects, mixed-use developments, student housing, investment-grade apartment complexes, marinas, quarries, auto dealerships, car washes, net-leased assets, ground-leased properties, and commercial land. His valuation assignments have encompassed proposed, partially completed, renovated, and existing structures across nearly 20 counties in California.
