Alex Reed is an Associate with CBRE, specializing in office leasing, tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales
throughout Northwest Arkansas. Since joining CBRE, he has built a strong track record advising national, regional, and local occupiers,
including Fortune 500 companies and high-growth private firms on new leases, renewals, and strategic relocations across the region’s
most active submarkets. He also represents landlords and institutional capital on investment sales, giving him a practical, well-rounded
perspective that accounts for both landlord objectives and tenant priorities. Originally from Austin, Texas, Alex moved to Northwest
Arkansas to attend the University of Arkansas, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and began his
career at CBRE as an intern in 2022 before transitioning into a full-time brokerage role. Outside of work, Alex enjoys golf, spending time
outdoors, and supporting the Arkansas Razorbacks.
