Alexandra Cullins

Alexandra Cullins is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services | Investor Leasing team where she specializes in representing institutional landlords in office leasing throughout the Metroplex. Alexandra focuses on the strategic positioning of her clients’ real estate assets to maximize value. In her tenure at CBRE, she has completed more than 600 transactions totaling over 4.5 million square feet representing a total lease consideration of $1.1 billion in existing and new development office projects. She currently handles the leasing of more than 3.2 million square feet of office properties in the Dallas areas, primarily focusing on the Uptown, Knox District, Preston Center, North Central Expressway, Dallas North Tollway, Legacy, and Las Colinas submarkets.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Alexandra spent more than two years working as a leasing associate for Cassidy Turley, where she leased Class A & B office product, assisted with new business pitch preparation, and organized and presented market research.

• Vanderbilt University, Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in Political Science and European Studies
