Alexandra Cullins

Alexandra Cullins is a Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services | Investor Leasing team where she specializes in representing institutional landlords in office leasing throughout the Metroplex. Alexandra focuses on the strategic positioning of her clients’ real estate assets to maximize value. In her tenure at CBRE, she has participated in more than 300 transactions totaling in over 2 million square feet.  She currently handles the leasing of more than 3 million square feet of office properties in the Dallas areas, primarily focusing on the Central Business District, Dallas North Tollway, Las Colinas, North Central Expressway and Preston Center submarkets.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Alexandra spent more than two years working as a leasing associate for Cassidy Turley, where she leased Class A & B office product, assisted with new business pitch preparation, and organized and presented market research.
