Alexandrea Amerine joined CBRE in May 2008. She is currently overseeing property management at 588 N. Gulph Road, King of Prussia, PA, a 244,320 square foot multi-tenant facility owned by the American Baptist Churches of the USA, in addition to an industrial office/warehouse space and a newly built shopping center in the Hatfield area. Alex has over five years of experience in property management, mostly with retail property. She began her career in real estate with a mall developer. She then worked for a retail investment organization, assisting in managing strip malls and retail space.
