Alice Fair

Alice Fair is a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Leasing Services group in New York, advising tenants and landlords on real estate strategy. Since joining CBRE in 2015, she has completed more than 5 million square feet of transactions and earned REBNY's Most Ingenious Deal of the Year award in 2020.

Her clients span technology, healthcare, retail, media, financial services, data centers, coworking, and not-for-profit, including Nvidia, eBay, Asana, Wealth.com, Estée Lauder, and Equinix. On the landlord side, she has advised on the lease-up of Hudson Yards for Related and 550 Madison Avenue for Olayan.

Alice aligns real estate with company culture and brand so that space works as a strategic asset at every stage of growth. She partners with CBRE colleagues worldwide to serve clients across markets.

She is an active CoreNet member, serves on the leadership team of CBRE's Women's Network, and contributes to the firm's client development and corporate responsibility initiatives. She holds a B.S. in Business and Management from Queen Mary University of London and lives in Manhattan with her husband and four children.
