Associated Office
Alisha Walton serves as the Lease Administration Manager for CBRE’s strategic real estate partnership with Baylor Health Care System, one of the nation’s leading, not-for-profit- health care systems. Alisha transitioned from Baylor Health Care System to Trammell Crow Company in 2000. Alisha joined the Transaction Team in May 2007 as Lease Administrator. She was promoted to Senior Lease Administrator in January 2010 and to Lease Administration Manager in July 2011.
Alisha has worked as an Accounting Specialist on the Baylor Account, where she was responsible for accounts payable and the month end close process. In 2004, she transitioned to the Facility Management service line to support the opening of Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano as a Facility Management Coordinator.
Alisha currently oversees the management of 672 leases, tototaling 5.8M square feet and comprised of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and vary from Medical Office, Commercial Office, Hospital, Retail, Industrial and Ground Leases (including ancillary documents). In addition, she manages the annual operating budget and 5 year capital planning budget processes, performs financial analyses and has experience in managing staff.
Alisha has an extensive background in Administration and Customer Service with strong analytical and organizational skills and database management expertise. She exercises high ethical standards and strives to deliver responsive, innovative solutions in meeting the needs of the customers.
