Alison Bell serves as the Global Head of Digital & Technology Strategy and Digital Partnerships at CBRE. In this role, Alison leads a lean, high impact team responsible for developing digital and technology strategies for each of CBRE’s lines of business. To accelerate delivery of the strategies, Alison and team perform extensive research on industry and technology trends and their relevance in enhancing CBRE’s market advantage. This includes managing CBRE’s interaction with the external Proptech ecosystem and identifying opportunities for technology-oriented strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions.
Alison has a strong background in strategy and business transformation roles. Prior to CBRE, Alison led the Global Sector Finance and Enterprise Transformation & Analysis Teams at Kimberly-Clark. Prior to that, she was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group where she led strategic, transformational, and operational projects primarily among the firm’s consumer and retail clients.
