Alison Caplan is responsible for leading the People organization globally and enabling People practices in support of the strategic direction of the company. Her responsibilities include oversight of Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Total rewards and People Data and Analytics as well as People Operations, People Business Partner teams supporting over 100,000 employees across the company.
A longtime leader at CBRE, Ms. Caplan has deep human resources expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations and compliance, including previous experience at KPMG and Goldman Sachs. She also has strong institutional knowledge of CBRE developed during 18 years with the company where she has served as global head of Talent Acquisition and People Operations, a member of the Legal, Risk & Compliance leadership team and global head of CBRE’s Corporate Responsibility program.
Ms. Caplan plays an active role in the CBRE Women's Network and is a member of its Advisory Board. In 2018, she won the Women's Network Endurance of Spirit Award.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
