Alison Caplan

Alison Caplan oversees the combining of the CBRE Project Management business with Turner & Townsend, CBRE’s majority-owned subsidiary. This created a program, cost and project management business with more than 20,000 employees serving clients in over 60 countries.

Ms. Caplan has held a number of senior leadership roles at CBRE. These include Chief Administrative Officer with oversight of people, marketing, communications and philanthropic activities, and Chief People Officer with responsibility for talent acquisition, learning & talent management, total rewards, people operations and the teams that support CBRE’s employees globally.

She has strong institutional knowledge of CBRE developed during 20 years with the company where she has served as global head of Talent Acquisition and People Operations, a member of the Legal, Risk & Compliance leadership team and global head of CBRE’s Corporate Responsibility program. Prior to CBRE, she served in human resources roles at KPMG and Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Caplan plays an active role in the CBRE Women's Network and is a member of its Advisory Board. In 2018, she was recognized with the Women's Network Endurance of Spirit Award.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
