Allen leads the day-to-day operations of finance and accounting across the CBRE facilities management account for JCPenney. He works closely with the client leadership team to drive business decisions and cost savings through accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
As a Finance Director, Allen leads a team overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance for JCPenney’s Facilities Management. This includes, but is not limited to, annual budget preparation, monthly forecasting, strategic planning, management reporting and other special projects.
Allen has 15 years of professional accounting and finance experience (10 years within CBRE). Prior to joining Global Corporate Services, he spent 4 years designing and implementing CBRE’s Corporate Accounting Platform across the Globe.
Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Allen held accounting roles at Cummins Engine Company and Volt Information Sciences. He has a B.A. in Accounting from Texas State University at San Marcos. Allen was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps from June of 1993 to December of 1997.
