As Contract & Compliance Manager for the global UPS account, Allise directs all facets of client contractual obligations to ensure terms are in compliance with legal, financial and operational principles, as well as integrated with corporate and client procedures and business line goals.

Allise joined Global Workplace Solutions in 2017, as Program Manager on the Electrolux account and was the lead for all Transaction Management and Project Management initiatives for their North American real estate portfolio.  Allise coordinated with local CBRE offices in the execution and delivery of deal negotiations involving all owned and leased properties, and also partnered with Facilities Management teams at manufacturing, warehouse and office locations to provide ongoing project delivery to support site operations.

Allise joined CBRE | Boulos Asset Management in Portland, Maine, in 2001 as a Financial Analyst and later served as its Financial Asset Services Manager from 2008 -2016.  While at CBRE | Boulos Asset Management, Allise developed and managed operating and capital budgets and cash flow/finance models; directed federal and municipal tax reporting and business registration procedures in compliance with governmental regulations; specialized in legal research and tenant leasing as basis for transaction management and due diligence; was actively involved with compliance issues pertaining to outstanding debt and lender covenants, tax assessments and valuation protocol; and, created procedural manuals and trained personnel on financial and operational reporting per management agreement obligations.

Prior to joining CBRE, Allise was the Real Estate Finance Analyst at American Skiing Company, a Maine-based ski resort operator and real estate developer of resort land holdings throughout the United States.  At ASC, Allise developed budgets and cash flow/finance models for Construction and Development, Sales & Marketing and Resort Village Master Planning and Infrastructure programs; and, was actively involved with design development and presales, permitting and regulatory review and planning/zoning regulations.  Before joining ASC, Allise was the Real Estate Development Coordinator for Royal Ahold, N.V., an international supermarket operator with holdings throughout the East Coast of the United States, where she managed strategic plans for new store construction in the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions; and, designed a construction development tracking system that reported on project progression from site evaluation through construction phases to grand openings.  Prior to Royal Ahold, Allise was the Management Comptroller of the Hotel Division of Westford Asset Management, a residential, commercial and hotel management company, with assets throughout the East Coast.  While at Westford, Allise established and implemented financial controls, operating procedures and standards inspections for home office and field personnel at eighteen East Coast hotels; and, advised hotel General Managers on contracts, purchasing, budgets, and franchise marketing programs.
