Alyssa Dominguez is a Transaction Manager on CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services team in Tampa, Florida.
Over her three years at CBRE, Alyssa has managed both local single-market transactions and complex multimarket engagements, serving clients across a wide range of industries including healthcare groups, engineering firms, and insurance agencies. In her role, she manages national portfolio accounts for clients with locations across the country, building lasting relationships and serving as their day-to-day point of contact through every stage of the transaction process.
Alyssa is a proud Florida State University alumna (go Noles) who dual majored in Accounting and Finance, a combination that gives her a sharp eye for lease economics and the financial details that can make or break a deal.
Originally from Pensacola, Alyssa has called Tampa home for the past six years and has a genuine appreciation for the city's growth and the businesses driving it. Outside of work, you can probably find her enjoying everything the Bay Area has to offer!
