Alyssa Fricke is a Director in CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction practice, currently providing transaction and real estate portfolio management services for one of the world’s largest chemical companies.
For six years prior to her current position, Ms. Fricke resided and worked in Asia, providing multi-national occupier clients—including Honeywell International, E&Y, Goodyear, Pfizer, and others—with portfolio strategies and oversight of Asia Pacific transactions.
Before moving to Asia, Ms. Fricke led transaction management on behalf of a large government entity—focusing on strategic portfolio development and transaction management, and collaborating with the project management team to bring each transaction to fruition. She also served in various roles at General Electric. She was Assistant Vice President of Business Development within GE Money, now Synchrony Financial, where she focused on identifying new client opportunities, leading RFP responses to large retail organizations, providing oversight to cross functional teams and developing new programs. At GE Corporate she worked in the Corporate Real Estate group providing portfolio and transaction support across a spectrum of GE business units.
Her career began within her family owned business, Abiding Real Estate, where she participated at all levels, gaining valuable experience and developing a passion for real estate at an early age. Aside from her work in the real estate sector, Ms. Fricke also spent time working on foreign currency trading desks at HSBC and UBS.
