Amanda Dame Calof is a First Vice President of Advisory & Transaction Services with CBRE for a 4.5 million SF regional portfolio of Class “A”, trophy and award winning office properties including the landmark Century Plaza Towers and 2000 Avenue of the Stars in Century City and the Water Garden in Santa Monica. Ms. Calof has been responsible for leasing more than 8.5 million SF for the real estate assets owned by institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Calof was a Commercial Mortgage Analyst with Welsh Capital, LLC in Minneapolis, MN. At Welsh, Ms. Calof assisted mortgage brokers in the origination and placement of commercial real estate debt and equity. She prepared loan packaging and documentation presented to lenders as well as provided in-depth financial analysis of property operating statements and underwrote income-producing properties.
