Amanda Richards is an Associate based in CBRE’s Dallas office, working alongside Ward Richmond, Cole Hooper, James Ewing and Keller Strauss to advise leading occupiers on complex industrial and supply chain real estate decisions across North America.
Amanda and her team specialize in the acquisition and disposition of supply chain real estate, including distribution centers, last-mile facilities, truck terminals, truck maintenance facilities, manufacturing facilities, and industrial land. Her primary focus is account management, project execution and strategic advisory.
She works closely with her clients to develop and implement corporate real estate strategies, solve complex real estate challenges, and execute transactions efficiently across multiple markets. The team’s capabilities include market and site analysis, financial modeling, portfolio and facilities planning, site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and other transaction advisory services.
A Dallas-Fort Worth local, Amanda lives in the area with her husband and two children and enjoys volunteering and giving back locally.
