Amber Miller is a Senior Director in CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) organization, where she leads Portfolio Technology and Data Intelligence programs for global enterprise clients. With more than 20 years of experience, Amber specializes in workplace technology strategy, data governance, and real estate systems enablement across complex, multi-regional portfolios.
Amber currently serves as the executive lead for a global workplace technology and data program supporting one of the world’s largest technology companies. In this role, she defines and executes multi-year technology and data strategies across IWMS platforms, CAD/BIM, data governance, and AI-enabled operations. She is responsible for scaling delivery models, aligning enterprise systems with business needs, and ensuring data integrity across billions of records.
She is known for her ability to translate complex data and systems challenges into actionable solutions—often serving as a trusted advisor to client and internal stakeholders to resolve issues across technology, process, and training. Amber has led the development of enterprise data governance frameworks, AI-enabled quality assurance programs, and global operating models that improve system reliability, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
Amber leads a global organization of more than 140 professionals across multiple countries, including 17 managers, delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes at scale. She regularly partners with Enterprise Engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards, data governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
