Amy has 24 + years of experience in commercial construction management and general contracting. She is a licensed General Contractor and is LEED AP certified. Her extensive experience includes ground up and renovation construction for projects ranging from $450K to $136M, including Shoal Creek Development in Liberty, MO, Zona Rosa Development in North Kansas City, MO, and the 3 year major renovation of the KCI (MCI) Airport that began in 2001. Amy has been accountable for the financial cost estimating, budgeting, and management of budgets up to $136M. Her most recent significant building achievement included the $103 million P3 Housing Project, built within a two year timeframe for the University of Kansas Central District Housing Authority with the recently developed Prescient System, a pre-panelized structural building system. Her vast and diverse career has formed a solid foundation in construction management and general contracting, supporting our clients’ project pre-construction, budgetary, scheduling, and delivery needs.
