Amy Perlman

As a Senior Vice President at CBRE, and co-business unit leader of CBRE Boston Consulting Corporate Accounts, Amy is responsible for portfolio strategy, account management and consulting services for corporate clients. As a business unit leader of corporate accounts, Amy oversees the team of professionals responsible for delivering the core transaction and advisory consulting offered by our unique model including portfolio strategy, optimization, financial analytics, labor and demographics, transaction management, lease administration and workplace strategy. Amy’s responsibility is to ensure a high level of consistent service across all of our clients utilizing the unique model to deliver superior outcomes.

Amy joined CBRE in 1999, and over the past 23+ years Amy has completed transactions totaling over 35 million square feet in over 35 states as well as international markets. These transactions include lease acquisitions and renewals, lease dispositions including subleases and early terminations, building and land acquisitions and dispositions, and strategic consulting work for her clients. Amy has represented clients in the technology, biotech, financial services logistics and healthcare industries.

Amy has been dedicated to her clients’ success through her focused approach and integration of the unique resources offered by the CBRE Boston Consulting team, transcending the traditional commercial real estate transaction role.

Amy enjoys activities away from the office with her two teenage children, running, yoga and volunteering to support the schools and sports her children have been involved in over the years.
