Professional Experience
An Nguyen is currently a Director at CBRE Vietnam, and Head of CBRE Hanoi Office, with a main focus on Research, Consultancy, Investment, and Valuation Advisory. She also acts as a Team Lead for investment advisory and capital markets in Hanoi. Besides being involved in advisory work with clients, An is also a frequent media speaker, representing CBRE in Hanoi.
Ms An Nguyen has more than 10 years experience representing a number of local and international clients with interests in Hanoi and Vietnam’s northern area, where together with the team, she helps advise clients on various matters related to property investment and development. She has led numerous projects that provide feasibility studies, development & investment consultancy and market studies for property developments across the sectors of residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality.
Before joining CBRE Vietnam, Ms. An Nguyen had various experience in banking and investment while she was working at Petro Vietnam Finance Company, the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, and during her MBA studies at the Wisconsin School of Business.
