Andi St. John

Andi St. John is the Managing Director of Property Management for CBRE in Arizona. She leads a team of 140 professionals and provides executive leadership over the region’s retail, industrial and office property management portfolio, which exceeds 23 million sq. ft.

With more than 20 years of experience, Andi and her team are involved in a number of high-profile, mixed-use assignments such as The Esplanade, Phoenix Plaza, Anchor Center, Renaissance Square and The Watermark Tempe. Andi’s team was brought on early in the development stages of The Watermark Tempe to assist ownership in developing their vision for the project and to provide strategic guidance on creating an elevated tenant experience. They were also recently awarded the property management assignment for Renaissance Square, which comprises nearly 1 million sq. ft. of mixed-use space in downtown Phoenix.

The ability to deliver a sense of connectivity and community matters to tenants and their employees and her team is focused on delivering immersive and experiential activities at these exciting projects. Andi and her team strive to innovate to align with each client’s vision for a premier environment that embraces and reinforces the best of the community it serves, while integrating new technology and innovative approaches that take the projects to the next level and attract quality tenants to the community.
