Andrea Bosshardt joined CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance Group in 2022. In her role, she is responsible for marketing strategy development, loan servicing, team and client scheduling, internal and external publicity, as well as maintaining the pipeline and closing documents.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mrs. Bosshardt worked as a brokerage coordinator on Cushman and Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Team. Before her time at Cushman, she spent 6 years as Assistant Manager for Banana Republic where she oversaw all visual merchandising and marketing. Prior to that, she was an office manager for an international pecan processing facility. Mrs. Bosshardt attended Georgia Southern University and the University of Georgia. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, focusing in Business, Sociology, and Spanish.
