Andrea Grigg is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Hotel Asset Management for CBRE Hotels, leading the global hotel asset management and operator selection practice. In addition to overseeing the growth of the CBRE global asset management practice, Ms. Grigg is directly involved in implementing the practice’s signature disciplined approach and strategic direction for the practice’s portfolio to improve its performance and maximize value for our clients.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2023, Andrea served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Asset Management at JLL where she spent 16.5 years as a leader in the firm’s hotel asset management practice.
Ms. Grigg brings 24 years of leisure real estate and hospitality industry experience to her role as practice leader, including asset management across three global regions, luxury resort, university/conference center hotels, master-planned community operations, hotel repositioning and pre-opening, acquisition due diligence, brand and operator selection, management contract and hotel lease contract negotiations, branded residential and programming consulting.
She has an extensive background in real estate and hospitality asset management and has worked with some of the most prominent owners, brands, and independent management companies worldwide. Ms. Grigg’s first-hand asset management experience includes iconic hotels and resorts and complex hotel portfolios globally – including St. Regis New York Hotel, St. Regis San Francisco, Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas, Four Seasons Mexico City, Ritz-Carlton Mexico City, The Sebastian Vail, LondonHouse Chicago, The Godfrey Boston, The Porter Portland, Novotel Miami, The LINE San Francisco, JW Marriott Minneapolis, The Plaza New York, Thompson Washington D.C., among others.
Ms. Grigg joined JLL in 2007. Prior to her role with JLL, Ms. Grigg was the Transactions Manager for Lynch Investments and Assistant Vice President for Contact Development Corporation.

Education
- Ms. Grigg graduated from the UM School of Tourism in Argentina in 1995. Ms. Grigg is fluent in both English and Spanish.
