Andrea South, Real Estate Manager, possesses over ten years of commercial real estate management experience. She currently helps manage over 3 million square feet of industrial property owned by GLP. In this role Andrea oversees daily operations, monitors and inspects the properties as well as maintains and develops relationships with vendors and tenants, while remaining within budgeted guidelines.Andrea transitioned to CBRE in May 2008 from Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, when the decision was made to convert to third-party management for Sand Lake West Business Park. She continued to assist with the management of Sand Lake West, a portfolio consisting of 533,787 sq. ft. of office and industrial space spanning over nine buildings. In 2010, Andrea was re-assigned to work on the AMB Property Corporation, a portfolio consisting of over 1.6 million sq. ft. of industrial buildings spanning 17 buildings.
Prior to joining CBRE, Andrea was introduced to the commercial real estate market during her six year tenure for Sentinel Real Estate Corp. During that time, Andrea also managed Discovery Lake, consisting of 150,228 sq. ft. spanning over two office buildings, and Crossroads Distribution Center, consisting of 712,145 sq. ft. spanned over four bulk distribution buildings. Her responsibilities included all building operations, tenant relations, client communication and satisfaction, marketing of vacant spaces, lease administration, and supervision of building engineers.
Andrea works hard to maintain her properties to the highest standards. She prides herself on being a team player and working well with owners, co-workers and vendors. She possesses a “hands-on” attitude and is always there to lend support. She is dedicated, loyal, and is tenant service driven.
