Andrei Savitski is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Orlando office, bringing over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. As a key leader in the firm’s corporate advisory practice, Mr. Savitski plays an integral role in developing strategic planning initiatives for the team’s corporate clients.
Together with his partner, Chris Sproles, he leads a team of four real estate professionals dedicated exclusively to tenant representation. Mr. Savitski focuses on business development and the creation of tailored real estate solutions for both local and multi-market occupiers.
Over the past decade, he has successfully executed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions, encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and sales. His expertise extends to negotiating complex deal structures, including build-to-suits, lease buyouts, and sale-leaseback arrangements.
