Andrew Aycock

Andrew Aycock is an important resource for CBRE's project leasing clients and brings a high level of expertise in tenant rep, retail leasing and land sales.

Andrew is an experienced project leasing representative and has a wealth of experience leasing power centers, grocery-anchored centers, pad sites and freestanding box buildings. Landlord has represented The Herring Group, LRIC Properties, Ladera Properties, Peek Properties and Oak Ridge Investments. Andrew also serves as a tenant representative for TJX Brands, KUIU, Paris Baguette, Voodoo Brewery, Jinya Ramen, Gideon Math & Reading, Manny’s Tex-Mex, Flame Broiler, Fit Body Boot Camp.

Andrew joined CBRE through its merger with UCR in 2015. Prior to joining UCR, Andrew worked for Princeton Partners for five years specializing in project leasing Power Centers.

Andrew most enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. He is an Eagle Scout and his hobbies include hunting, fishing, playing golf and anything related to Ole Miss sports.
