Andrew Aycock is an important resource for CBRE's project leasing clients and brings a high level of expertise in leasing power centers.
Andrew is an experienced project leasing representative and has a wealth of experience leasing power centers, grocery-anchored centers, pad sites and freestanding box buildings. Andrew also serves as a tenant representative for indoor trampoline park Rebounderz Fitness, 24 Hour Xpress and Manny's Tex-Mex.
Andrew joined CBRE through its merger with UCR in 2015. Prior to joining UCR, Andrew worked for Princeton Partners for five years specializing in project leasing for centers over 1 million square feet.
While in college, Andrew worked as an intern for The Woodmont Company, managing project leasing assignments across the state of Texas.
He is an Eagle Scout and his hobbies include hunting, fishing, playing golf and anything related to Ole Miss sports.
