With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Andrew began his real estate career in 2003 as an appraiser. This early experience provided him with a solid foundation in property valuation, enabling him to accurately asses the worth of various commercial and residential properties. He has furthered his expertise in sales and lease negotiations, site selection, tenant/landlord representation, investment sales, and land assemblage for over a decade.
