Andrew Chaffee brokers lease and acquisition transactions for corporate occupiers, institutional investors, and developers in the industrial and logistics real estate sector. Based in the Ontario, California office, Andrew and his partners are one of the top-producing teams at CBRE and are widely recognized for their expertise across the Inland Empire region. Andrew and his team specialize in advisory and transaction services, with a focus on site selection strategy, lease and sale negotiations, land acquisitions and development, portfolio restructurings and corporate dispositions.
Andrew is known for being precocious and currently holds the distinction of being the youngest professional elevated to Senior Associate at CBRE Ontario and is one of the youngest CoStar Power Brokers nationwide, awarded for closing one of the largest lease transactions in the Inland Empire. He’s distinguished himself through an unwavering commitment to integrity and excellent client service. Andrew and his team deliver tailored solutions that ensure a client’s real estate decisions align with their broader corporate strategy and complement their long-term goals, and their current client roster encompasses Fortune 100 Occupiers, publicly traded REITs and institutional investors, local and regional manufacturing and logistics companies, and private developers. Andrew takes a data-driven approach when advising clients and brokering transactions, combining his expertise in regional markets and national supply chains with CBRE’s proprietary intelligence and #1 global real estate platform.
Andrew has had the privilege of spending his entire post-collegiate professional career with CBRE. Before graduating, Andrew completed internships with JLL and Bainbridge Capital, focusing on commercial real estate brokerage and private equity mergers and acquisitions, and was recognized and awarded by President Donald J. Trump and Chancellor Pradeep K. Khosla for academic excellence.
