Andrew Craig is based in the San Antonio office and serves as Director for Valuation & Advisory Services covering the South Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi markets, where he focuses on servicing existing client accounts, capturing new market share and supporting the professionals in these markets.
Mr. Craig has been engaged in the valuation and consulting of commercial real estate since 2013 and his experience covers a wide variety of property types across South Texas, with an emphasis on large industrial developments within the Rio Grande Valley and Laredo markets.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2021, Mr. Craig worked at a local firm specializing in appraisals for estate and litigation purposes, and he has served as an expert witness on real estate valuation matters in Bexar County court.
Mr. Craig is highly proficient in the use of financial modeling software, including ARGUS.
