Employed at CBRE since 2005, Andrew Dorr is in the Valuation and Advisory Service Group’s Phoenix office in the Mountain Pacific Northwest Region. His geographical focus has been the Phoenix MSA as well as other markets in the State of Arizona.
Mr. Dorr has experience providing real estate appraisal for financial institutions, developers, individuals and corporate property owners. His appraisal experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office, industrial, multi-family residential, net-leased investments, restaurants, residential and commercial subdivisions and other special purpose properties with primary emphasis on retail properties including strip centers, neighborhood/community centers, power centers and regional malls.
